Simple Maine Lobster Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients:2ct 1 1/2 whole maine lobster or 8 to 10 oz lobster meat (tails and claws) meat cut into large 2 inch chunks½ yellow pepper julienned2 carrots, peeled and cut into slices on the bias1 cup sliced mushrooms3 large scallions cut into ½ pieces2 medium baby bok choy quartered3 tbs sesame oil2 tablespoon white wine or vermouth½ tbs soy sauce½ tbs oyster saucecilantro for garnishDirections:
In a wok heat the sesame oil, sautée the pepper and carrots for 3 minutes.
Step 2.Add mushrooms and scallions and sautéed until soft (about 4 minutes).
Step 3.Add the baby bok choy stirring until the leaves get wilted and dark
Step 4.Add wine, soy and oyster sauceContinue to sautee for another 3 minutes
Step 5.Add the lobster and toss just to warm upOff heat add cilantro (leaves or chopped)
